To support our Product Specialists, CE Franklin's service center and head office employees regularly attend product knowledge seminars to increase their awareness of new and existing products and technology. Our in-house training seminars are so comprehensive, many of our customers have attended our product seminars along with our staff.

Mill Test Reports

CE Franklin customers can access Mill Test Reports (MTRs) directly from our web site. Online availability of MTRs streamlines the supply chain by eliminating the need for multiple copies of MTRs at many different locations.

Pumptracking

By tracking the life of a pump, we can help you maintain optimal pump performance and identify any potential upcoming maintenance or repair issues. Our technology allows us to track a pump's life cycle by the pump or by the well and link that information electronically to all our pump shops in order to access comparative information.

Pump repair

To ensure our customers' production is back on line in a timely manner, CE Franklin has 24 bottom hole pump shops strategically located across western Canada. We currently have 23 branches with pumpshops, and our expert employees are on emergency call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
