Sourcing & SRM Supervisor / Edmonton Procurement Group
The Sourcing & SRM Supervisor, reporting to the Procurement Manager, is accountable for ensuring that CE Franklin Ltd. has a market leading competitive advantage with regards to product procurement, supplier relationships and supplier performance.
Duties
- Working to develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships with secured contracts in place with all core suppliers.
- Monitoring supplier performance while continually striving to improve supply chain efficiencies.
- Providing value added products and ensuring CEF is receiving "value for money."
- Working with the Procurement Manager to lead, motivate & direct sourcing/supplier employees to achieve daily requirements to meet customer's needs.
- Establish a continuous improvement program with key material and service providers. Lead transition from transactional focus to strategic contribution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Post Secondary Education focused on 'Supply Chain Management' is preferable but a high level of direct experience is acceptable. Training and Coaching experience is an asset Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of Suppliers, Employees and Management. Basic computer skills (particularly Outlook and Excel) Extensive knowledge of Customer contracts and pricing structures Extensive knowledge of Oilfield products and services Knowledge of leadership and management theories Effective negotiation skills Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Field Sales Representative / Calgary, AB
The Calgary branch has an opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has the desire to excel in a sales career within a branch environment.
Duties
- Analyze market potential and execute a sales strategy that ensures long term growth within this marketplace.
- Maintain existing customer account base through weekly contact.
- Effectively utilizes in house support as well as vendor expertise to drive sales of new products and services.
- Sales accountability includes weekly reporting in Maximizer and Performance Management Site.
- Takes leadership role in new product integration and market penetration of all specialty products.
Qualifications & Experience

Previous years experience serving customers in an Inside or Outside Sales capacity.
- Preference will be given to candidates with related courses, either industry specific (sales, piping, valves, fittings, etc) or general business (sales, leadership, customer management).
- Knowledge of materials, products, and marketplaces is a definite asset.
- Candidates will posses basic computer literacy, capability to use JDE or SAP is desirable.
- Personal organization and life management in a high-pressure environment.
- Has the ability to work effectively in a team environment and help others achieve their potential and goals of the company.
